Do I need a consultation before booking a treatment?
Yes, we offer consultations to all new clients. During your consultation, our trained professionals will assess your skin, discuss your aesthetic goals, and recommend the treatment plan best suited to your needs. This ensures every procedure is safe, personalized, and effective.
How soon should I arrive before my appointment?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This gives you time to complete any necessary paperwork, relax, and discuss any last-minute questions with your provider before your treatment begins.
Are your treatments safe?
Absolutely. All treatments at Royal Medical Spa are performed by trained and experienced professionals using FDA-approved technologies and medical-grade products. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, and we follow strict hygiene and safety protocols at every step.
Will there be any downtime after my treatment?
Downtime varies by treatment. Many of our services, such as HydraFacial and dermaplaning, require no downtime at all, while others like chemical peels or microneedling may cause mild redness or sensitivity for a day or two. Your provider will give you detailed aftercare instructions so you know exactly what to expect.
How many sessions will I need to see results?
It depends on the treatment and your individual goals. Some treatments deliver visible results after a single session, while others, such as laser hair removal, work best as a series of sessions. What is your cancellation policy?
